Instructor-Led Training
Our approach to online learning combines the flexibility of an online learning environment with the most effective elements of a classroom setting.
PM4DEV courses are facilitated by international subject-matter experts, who will guide your learning process by, challenging and helping you apply the course concepts to your real-world, on-the-job circumstances. Online courses are specifically designed to accommodate the schedules of busy professionals like you. The course activities are available around the clock and are completely asynchronous. Once you begin your course, there is no appointed time or day that you must be online. You will determine the best time to be online and complete the coursework. Most of our courses have students from all over the world and from different time zones. All courses are three weeks long.
Weekly Schedule Format With Start and End Dates
All online courses have defined start dates and end dates. This is one of the critical elements of our online learning methodology. By meeting the schedule milestones you are also learning one of the fundamentals elements of project management – time management.
PM4DEV courses take about eight to ten hours per week to complete. We have a completion rate of 95% with a 100% satisfaction rate.
Personalized Attention and Social Learning
Course size is limited to ensure the instructor provides you with more time and support than online courses with unlimited students. You will share this learning environment with 15 to 20 participants from organizations around the world. Online discussion forums are the core element of online learning. Forums provide the opportunity to share and exchange your own experiences, best practices, perspectives, and examples. All of this shared learning is facilitated by the instructor who is equipped with both subject-matter expertise and real-world experience. The interaction with peers from different organizations, backgrounds, and experiences fosters collaboration, networking, and a lot of practical, shared learning.
Focus on Practice and Application
The course puts an emphasis on the interaction with the instructor to ask questions and receive answers, and to learn with—and from—other participants. This interactive format keeps the learning interesting, practical, and above all, relevant to your work. Most PM4DEV courses include a course exercise around a case study, which challenges you to apply the course concepts to your own organization. Others include interactive scenarios, simulations, and other engaging practice activities. All courses include tools, techniques, or job aids that you can put to immediate use in your work.
Certificate Programs
Course success involves more than learning new information. Our courses are designed to give you the ability to do something, to use your new skills on job, improving the outcome of your current project. We develop every certificate program and course with very tangible outcomes in mind.
PM4DEV courses draw on a variety of components to provide this practical learning:

- Case studies and examples.
