Happy New Year and all the best for 2012!
Here we find ourselves at the end of another year and it is time to make way for the New Year that lies ahead! This is our time to reflect on the past twelve months that are soon coming to a close - 2012 is soon upon us! In 2011, we increased our visitors to our web site, with 17,216 Unique Visitors. We increased our open library to 45 articles, each was downloaded an average of 200 times! As of today, we have close to 1,500 registered users in our website that are taking advantage of our online resources. Our elearning site has been a success, with close to 1600 registered participants we have certified 133 participants who have successfully completed all the course requirements. For 2012 we are planning a series of new services and resources, among the most important are:
• Adaptive Project Management – Onsite course on project management cycle
• eLessons – quick lesson to learn how to use the different pm tools and techniques
• a new and improve online learning site
• Increase the resources on our Open Library
• PM Connect quarterly journal will be back
• New certificate Program
• Additional quizzes and surveys

Online Learning Site News!
In 2012, we will upgrade our online learning site to help us accommodate more participants and more courses. The new site will host our three course courses and a series of quick elessons.
The new sites will also help us manage the different needs of all students who plan to tale our courses by integrating new tools and reports. The core courses are:
• Fundamentals of Project Management
• Process Project Management
• Adaptive project Management
• Project Information Management
We also plan to add in our website a series of free online lessons that will include:
• Developing the Work Breakdown Structure
• Calculating the Critical Path
• Earned Value Analysis
• Quality Matrix
• Responsibility Assignment Matrix (RACI Chart)
• Developing the Stakeholder Matrix
• Communications Matrix
• Risk Matrix
• Contract Matrix
We will announce thew opening of the updated site in the first quarter of 2012
Our Resources: Open Library  PM4DEV's Open Library is a collection of the best resources on project management that we have selected from various organizations. These articles are a source of continuing education for project managers and other project management professionals. Our goal is to help you find the most relevant information that can help you build your knowledge, skills and understanding of development project management. Whether you're new or seasoned project manager, we are sure you will find project management articles of interest. The library includes methodologies on the different approaches to manage a project, research documents with insight on current best practices, and links to the best websites on project management. Every month we add more resources to the library, Feel free to browse our selection and download any topic you're interested.

New Certificate Program
In 2012 we will launch a new certification program based on the new courses and learning opportunities at PM4DEV. The certificate program consists of a Certificate of Achievement to all students that successfully complete the requirements of the PM4DEV Foundations Level, this levels consist of three courses and three lessons.
The courses are:
• Fundamentals of Project Management
• Process Project Management
• Project Information Management
• And five elessons from our catalog
Participants who successfully complete all courses and their requirements will be awarded with the Certificate of Achievement and can add the title Certified - International Development Project Manager® (C-IDPM®) - Level I, to their professional curriculum. The printed Certificate will be send to each participant along with a letter that certifies their name and status in our online database.
