○ New Website |
Knowing that you depend on our resources and services and insight to develop new, innovative ideas and strengthen your skills, we’ve rebuilt our site to make it much easier to find and share resources. In our 4th anniversary year of our founding, we continue to be inspired by the passion and dedication we see in practitioners and students of development project management, all working to improve the lives of beneficiaries worldwide.
As part of our commitment to keeping our work easily accessible, we have created a more navigable website with additional resources, better tools, and a new visual design to support your work in the areas of project management, and provide you with better access to our online learning and training materials. Stay tuned in the coming months for new resources in each of these areas. We are also adding new email updates to help you keep up to date on the latest research, information and practice innovations. With our completely redesigned site, you are now able to search our existing materials more easily – articles, newsletters, publications, links, tools, and learning resources.
Reflecting our long-standing commitment to learning and continuous improvement, we welcome your feedback as we continue to improve this site.
Sincerely,
Paola Diaz

○ Ecuador Training |

PM4DEV is in Ecuador!
PM4DEV’s first effort to develop the Ecuadorian market exceeded its own expectation. The marketing activities to promote our “Open to the public Fundamentals of Project Management 2-day course” generated great interest in the development community in Ecuador. We got over 300 new registrations to our newsletter during the first 5 days of promoting our events, and we continue to discuss long-term relationships and consulting engagement opportunities with Ecuadorian prospects. Numerous organizations including local foundations, international development and relief organizations, USAID agencies, government and community based organizations called upon our outreach efforts very enthusiastically.

○ 360º Learning |
360º Learning Program® is our learning framework that provides a holistic environment to build the skills of project management. Using a blended approach to training and learning, the program takes participants through a series of learning opportunities all designed to provide a wide range of different learning environments.
The program offers a mix of e-Learning, classroom learning, communities of practice and remote coaching to build not only the required skills but a sustainable practice of learning. We know that one time courses are not enough and that with time the skills that are not put into practice are soon forgotten.
Our program goes beyond the typical training and develops a learning environment where participants can learn from different methods.
