| Complex Problems |
Today's development projects are more complex
and require the participation of a diverse group of stakeholders,
project managers need to coordinate between the needs of the
many stakeholders. Coordinate and integrate the work of different
specialists from different fields, and need to use different
approaches to solve the complex problems.
Development projects need to be carefully designed taking in
consideration the input from different stakeholders, project
budgets need to be managed, schedules monitored, and outcomes
evaluated. This complex project environment requires appropriate
